Gelonghui, May 31 | Dongying Tour (06882.HK) announced, the board of directors is pleased to announce that all resolutions submitted in the notice of the annual general meeting of shareholders were voted on by number of shares and officially passed by shareholders.
The Board also announced that after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, (i) Tang Kwan-hung retired as an independent non-executive director and ceased to serve as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee; and (ii) Lo Kam Cheung has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.
