On June 3rd, Ge Longhui reported that Shaanxi Broadcast & TV Network Intermediary (600831.SH) had received a written resignation report from Chairman Wang Liqiang. Mr. Wang Liqiang resigned from the 9th Board of Directors, Chairman, Convener of the Strategic Committee, member of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee due to work adjustment. According to relevant regulations such as the Company Law, the Guideline for Self-Regulation of Listed Companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange No.1-Standard Operation, and the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Wang Liqiang's resignation will take effect when the resignation report is delivered to the Board of Directors. After his resignation, Mr. Wang Liqiang plans to change his position to the company's supervisor. As of now, Mr. Wang Liqiang holds 29,200 shares of the company.
