On June 3, Gelonhui announced the draft of 2024 restricted stock incentive plan for Zhejiang Meorient Commerce & Exhibition Inc. (300795.SZ). The plan intends to grant a total of no more than 353.382 million shares of equity to incentive objects, accounting for approximately 1.54% of the total share capital of the company at the time of the announcement.
Among them, the initial grant of restricted stock is 3.13382 million shares, accounting for 1.37% of the total share capital of the company at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan, and accounting for 88.68% of the total number of restricted stocks planned to be granted by the incentive plan; 400,000 reserved restricted stocks account for approximately 0.17% of the total share capital of the company at the time of announcement of the incentive plan, accounting for 11.32% of the total number of restricted stocks planned to be granted by the incentive plan.
The grant price of the second type of restricted stock in this incentive plan is CNY 10.61 per share.
The incentive plan plans to grant the incentive objects for the first time to no more than 208 people, including senior management personnel and core technical/business personnel who were employed by the company (including holding subsidiaries and grandchildren subsidiaries) at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan. The incentive objects for the reserved grant will be determined within 12 months after the incentive plan is approved at the shareholder meeting.
The expiration date of the restricted stocks granted in this incentive plan is from the date of grant to the date when all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive objects belong to or become invalid, up to a maximum of 60 months.
