Century Sunshine (00509) has announced that the board of directors recommends implementing a share consolidation, combining every 40 existing and unissued shares with a face value of HKD 0.02 each in the company's share capital into 1 consolidated share with a face value of HKD 0.80 each.
As of the date of this announcement, existing shares are traded on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in units of 5000 shares. It is recommended that after the share consolidation takes effect, each trading unit on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will be changed to 10,000 consolidated shares.
