Mongol Mining (00975) announced that BNS and the company (as sellers) intend to sell 20% of the equity in KEX to Jiayou International Logistics Co., Ltd. (JIA) (as the buyer). As of the date of this announcement, all preconditions for delivery under the share purchase agreement have been reached and delivery has occurred.
After delivery and as of the date of this notice, the company (through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary BNS) and JIA respectively hold 80% and 20% equity in KEX. KEX remains a subsidiary of the company.
