Beijing Sifang Automation (601126.SH) announced that to fully mobilize the entrepreneurial initiative of Sifang Ruihe's management team and technical and business backbone, enhance cohesion and competitiveness, promote the long-term, sustainable, and healthy development of the company, ensure the realization of development strategy and business objectives, the company plans to jointly invest in Sifang Ruihe with core employees of Sifang Ruihe, and Sifang Ruihe will increase its capital through the establishment of a partnership enterprise Sifang Ruichuang and Sifang Ruiju by core employees. The registered capital of Sifang Ruichuang is RMB 4.33 million, of which Mr. Qian Jinwen, the company's board secretary and general manager of Sifang Ruihe, contributed RMB 1.03 million in monetary form, holding a 23.79% stake; the registered capital of Sifang Ruiju is RMB 0.64 million, of which Mr. Qian Jinwen contributed RMB 0.01 million in monetary form, holding a 1.56% stake.
