On June 4th, Gelonhui reported that Shinry Technologies (300745.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Shinry Electronic Control Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Shanghai Shinry'), recently signed a Joint Venture Contract with Shanghai Autos Electric Drive Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Shanghai Autos Electric Drive'). Shanghai Shinry used its own funds to establish a joint venture company, Dayang Shinry Electric Motor Drive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Joint Venture Company'), in Shanghai, to engage in the development of multi-in-one deep integration electric control assembly platform for new energy autos and other businesses negotiated by both parties. The registered capital of the Joint Venture Company is RMB 10 million, and both parties will contribute RMB 5 million, accounting for 50% of the registered capital of the Joint Venture Company each.
