On June 4th, Gelunhui reported that Fujian Superpipe (300198.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation letter from Chairman Chen Zhijiang. Due to personal health reasons, Mr. Chen Zhijiang applied to resign from the fifth Board of Directors, Chairman, Director of the Strategic Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or any subsidiaries. Mr. Chen Zhijiang was originally scheduled to hold the above positions until the end of the fifth Board of Directors' term.
