On June 4th, Gelunhui reported that Jiayuan Intl (02768.HK) announced that, effective from June 4, 2024, 1. Cai Weikang, the current independent non-executive director, was appointed as the chairman of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively; 2. Qiu Boyu, the current independent non-executive director, was appointed as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively. Trading in shares remains suspended.
