On June 5th, Gelonhui announced that its subsidiary Zhejiang International Logistics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yingte Logistics") owns the Kale Road No. 7 plot in Gongshu District, Hangzhou (hereinafter referred to as "Kale Road Plot", which is the "Plot 2" in the main contents of the contract). In order to support its business development, Yingte Logistics recently intends to sign a framework agreement with the Hangzhou Deyun Canal Smart Future City Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Deyun Canal Management Committee") on the following matters: the Deyun Canal Management Committee supports the company to participate in the auction of the targeted land ("Plot 1" in the main contents of the contract) in Gongshu District, Hangzhou in accordance with the law and regulations through bidding; and after the company successfully bids and the project is completed, the Deyun Canal Management Committee will repurchase the Kale Road Plot.
