On June 5th, GeLongHui reported that Jiu Feng Energy (605090.SH) announced the second phase of its employee stock ownership plan. The fund size of this plan is no more than 98,775,000 yuan, with "shares" as the subscription unit, and each share has a unit price of 1.00 yuan. The total number of subscribed shares is no more than 98,775,000. After the fund of this stock ownership plan is in place, all of it will be used to buy Jiu Feng Energy's A-share common stocks, totaling no more than 7.5 million shares. This accounts for 1.18% of the company's total share capital of 63,295,100 shares. The final number of shares to be purchased shall be based on the actual execution situation. The source of the stocks is the repurchased Jiu Feng Energy A-share common stocks in the company's special account for stock repurchase. The underlying stocks will be used for the implementation of this stock ownership plan after all or part of the repurchase is completed, and the transfer price is 13.17 yuan/share, which will be transferred to this stock ownership plan through non-trading transfer and other methods permitted by laws and regulations.
