Super Strong Holdings (08262) announced that on June 5, 2024, the company plans to acquire 45% of the issued share capital of Expert Lead Holdings Limited from Leung Ka Ho, for a maximum consideration of HKD 4.5 million (including an initial consideration of HKD 3.5 million, a profit share A of HKD 0.5 million (if any), and a profit share B of HKD 0.5 million (if any)).
Upon completion, the target company will become an associate of the company, and the performance and net assets of the target group will be accounted for using the equity method in the company's comprehensive financial statements.
It is reported that the main business activity of the target company is investment holding. Skywalk Construction is a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of the target company, mainly engaged in providing engineering services in Hong Kong.
