On June 5, 2024, the third board of directors of Best Intelligence (301083.SZ) convened and passed the "Proposal on Establishing a Joint Venture Company," agreeing to sign an "Investment Cooperation Agreement" with Nanchang County Transportation Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanchang County Jiaotou") and Jiangxi Chuangqiang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuangqiang Technology") to jointly invest in the establishment of "Jiangxi Zecheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd." (tentative name, subject to the name approved by the company's registration authority), hereinafter referred to as the "joint venture company" or "Zecheng Technology." The registered capital of the joint venture company is RMB 10 million, of which the company contributes RMB 3.5 million, holding 35% equity; Nanchang County Jiaotou contributes RMB 4.5 million, holding 45% equity; Chuangqiang Technology contributes RMB 2 million, holding 20% equity.
The scope of business of the joint venture company includes investment and operation of new energy electric vehicle charging infrastructure, photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, integrated infrastructure investment and operation of charging and swapping, parking services, sale of Internet of Things equipment, Internet of Things application services, sales of charging piles, information system integration, intelligent management, advertising, software development and other businesses (except for projects that require approval by law, carry out business activities independently according to the business license).
