On June 6th, Gelonhui reported that Guangdong Huiyun Titanium Industry (300891.SZ) has announced the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan (draft). The company's convertible bonds are in the conversion period, and the total share capital of the company referred to in this incentive plan is 400,007,410 shares (the same below) as of June 5, 2024. The number of restricted stocks to be granted to the incentive object in this incentive plan is 4.6 million shares, accounting for approximately 1.15% of the company's total share capital of 400.0074 million shares in the announcement of the draft incentive plan.

Among them, the first grant is 4.08 million shares, accounting for 1.02% of the total share capital of the company of 40,000.74 million shares at the time of the announcement of the draft incentive plan. The first grant accounts for 88.70% of the total equity to be granted; 520,000 shares are reserved, accounting for 0.13% of the total share capital of the company of 40,000.74 million shares at the time of the announcement of the draft incentive plan. The reserved part accounts for 11.30% of the total equity to be granted.

The first and reserved grant prices of the restricted stocks granted under this incentive plan to the incentive object are 4.90 yuan/share.

This incentive plan proposes to first grant no more than 58 incentive objects, including company directors, senior management personnel, core technical and managerial personnel who are in the company (including subsidiaries and branches) at the time when this incentive plan is announced, and other personnel deemed necessary by the board of directors to be incentivized.

The validity period of this incentive plan starts from the date of the first grant of restricted stocks and lasts until the date of full ownership or invalidation and expiration, not exceeding 60 months at the longest.
