Jingu Finance News | Yisou Technology (02550) announced the results of its public offering, with a sale price of HK$0.58 per share and 500 shares per board lot. The allotment rate for one board lot is 10.02%, and subscribing for 250 lots will ensure at least one allotment. The expected shares will be listed on June 7.
During the public offering phase in Hong Kong, a total of 9,239 valid applications were received, with a subscription rate of 114.59 times; the international offering received a subscription rate of 0.98 times.
The estimated net proceeds is approximately HK$40.7 million, and around 45% of the funds raised will be used to enhance R&D capabilities, approximately 25% will be used to strengthen the company's position as a third-party digital reading platform, approximately 15% will be used to expand digital marketing services, and approximately 15% will be used to expand overseas markets for online games publishing services.
