The board of directors of Bank of Chongqing Co., Ltd. resolved to adjust the composition of the Strategy and Innovation Committee and Risk Management Committee under the Board of Directors. These adjustments are made to promote the more scientific and efficient operation of the special committees of the board of directors, and are based on full consideration of factors such as directors' professional backgrounds and work experience. As of June 7, 2024, the members of the relevant special committees of the board of directors have been adjusted as follows:
