Litu Holdings (01008.HK) announced that Wu Yongzhen has resigned as (i) the company's company secretary; (ii) the authorized representative ("Authorized Representative") under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules; and (iii) the authorized representative ("Legal Process Agent") receiving legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong under Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong, effective from June 7, 2024.
It was announced on the same day that Chen Yongzhong has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative and legal process agent, and will take effect from June 7, 2024.
