1. Your company's registration application for issuing stocks to specific targets is approved. 2. Your company's issuance this time shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the declaration documents and issuance plan submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. 3. This approval is valid for 12 months from the date of registration approval. 4.
