Shareholders holding company shares registered with the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited after the close of market on June 21, 2024 (the equity registration day of the company's 2023 annual shareholders' meeting) shall be eligible for this activity. The application time is from 08:00 on June 24, 2024 to 17:00 on July 1, 2024. If shareholders do not register for this activity during the application period, they will be deemed to have waived their right to participate in this activity.
