According to the relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law, the Rules of the Shareholders' Meeting of Listed Companies (2022 Revised Edition) and the Articles of Association, the annual general meeting of shareholders shall be held once a year and shall be held within six months after the end of the previous fiscal year. The Company is unable to hold the 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders within the prescribed time limit (before June 30, 2024).
Since the Company expects to fail to disclose the periodic report and suspend stock trading within the statutory time limit, the Board of Directors has repeatedly urged the Management to make every effort to prepare the annual report for 2023 and the first quarter report for 2024. The Management has also strengthened communication with all relevant parties involved in the preparation of the annual report, and is fully committed to the preparation of the annual report. After the preparation of the periodic report, the Company will hold a Board meeting to review the relevant resolutions, submit them to the 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders for approval, and complete the relevant disclosure work in accordance with the laws and regulations.
