2. Financial condition and performance indicators.

As of the end of the second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2024, the total assets were 162.8 million yen, an increase of 25.2 million yen compared to the previous period. This was mainly due to an increase in current assets by the same 275 million yen, mainly due to an increase in cash and deposits, an increase in notes receivable and accounts receivable. Fixed assets decreased by the same 23 million yen. On the other hand, the total liabilities were 880 million yen, an increase of 156 million yen compared to the previous period. This was mainly due to an increase in current liabilities by the same 29 million yen, due to an increase in short-term borrowings (including long-term borrowings repayable within one year), and an increase in fixed liabilities by the same 126 million yen due to an increase in long-term borrowings. As a result, the total borrowing balance, including long- and short-term borrowings, was 469 million yen, an increase of 139 million yen. The total net assets were 748 million yen, an increase of 95 million yen. This was mainly due to an increase in retained earnings due to the inclusion of quarterly net profit of 86 million yen attributable to the parent company shareholders.

As a result, the equity ratio was 46.0% (a decrease of 1.4 points compared to the previous period), achieving high safety that exceeds 32.2% of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Standard/Growth Total in March 2023. In addition, in the September 2023 period, the ROA was 22.9% and the ROE was 33.8%, ensuring high profitability that exceeds 4.2% and 9.1%, respectively, of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Standard/Growth Total in March 2023.
