This can meet customers' diverse packaging and testing needs of various discrete devices and integrated circuits, mainly including rectifier diode chips, silicon rectifier diodes, switching diodes, voltage-regulating diodes, miniature bridge stacks, photovoltaic bypass modules, pinless integrated circuit packaging products, MOS devices, insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) devices, small signal power device products, and sensor packaging, with more than 50 series and over 3,000 varieties in total. The products are widely used in aviation, autos, inverter energy storage, clean energy, green lighting, IT, industrial appliances, and power devices of large equipment and many other fields.
