Bright Real Estate Group (600708.SH) announced on June 11th that the company plans to carry out supply chain asset support plan operation. This means that upstream suppliers have payment request rights to the subsidiary companies within the scope of the Company's consolidated financial statements, after fulfilling their obligations to sell goods or provide services and other business activities to the subsidiary companies within the scope of the Company's consolidated financial statements. The suppliers will use these accounts receivable to obtain factoring financing from a factoring company, which will create factoring creditor's rights for the factoring company. The factoring company will use the accounts receivable from the subsidiary companies within the scope of the Company's consolidated financial statements as the underlying assets, apply for an asset support plan shelf limit not exceeding 3 billion yuan from Zhongbao Insurance Assets Registration and Transaction System Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Zhongbao Deng”), and the Company will participate as a joint debtor to realize the debt joining.
