Hua Xia Bank (600015.SH) announced on June 12th that with the approval of the aforementioned regulatory agencies, the company issued the 2024 Non-Fixed-Term Capital Bonds (First Tranche) (hereinafter referred to as "this bond") on the national interbank bond market recently. The current bond was booked on June 6th, 2024 and issued on June 11th, 2024.
The scale of the current bond issuance is RMB 40 billion, and the face interest rate for the first 5 years is 2.46%, adjusted every 5 years, and the issuer has the conditional redemption right on every interest payment date after the fifth year. The raised funds of the current bond will be used to supplement the company's other Tier 1 capital in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
