Beijing new building materials public (000786.SZ) announced on June 13 that the company has applied to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for registration and issuance of commercial papers. The company has recently received the Acceptance of Registration Notice (registered as central association No. SCP185 issued by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors). According to the notice, the association has decided to accept the registration of the company's commercial papers: the registered amount is RMB 2 billion, and the registered amount is valid for 2 years from the date of the notice (June 11, 2024); Bank of Ningbo Co., Ltd. is the lead underwriter; short-term financing bills can be issued in installments during the registration period.
