Due to job changes, Mr. Peng Yuanpu resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Board, Director of the Board, Chairman of the Strategic Committee of the Board, Member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and Member of the Nomination Committee. After resignation, he will no longer serve as the company's any duty.
