In order to improve the efficiency of the use of funds, rationally utilize the funds raised from the global sale, and protect the interests of the company's shareholders, the board of directors of the company decided on June 13, 2024 to use the raised funds expected to remain idle for more than one year to appropriately purchase wealth management products with high security, good liquidity, and redeemable at any time, with an amount not higher than 40 million US dollars (calculated at the exchange rate announced by the People's Bank of China on the date of this announcement, equivalent to about HK$312.4 million). The amount is recyclable for 12 months from the date of the board's resolution.
