China Sandi (00910.HK) announced on June 13th that Ms. Huang Huiwen resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as the chairperson of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective from the end of the shareholders' annual meeting.
After Ms. Huang Huiwen's resignation, the board of directors further announced that Mr. Liao Yiyi was appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairperson of the remuneration committee, and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective from the end of the shareholders' annual meeting.
