CU Venture Inv (08159) announced that Yang Chen will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from the date of resumption of trading of the Company's shares. On the same day, Yang Chen will also serve as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the strategy and development committee.
In addition, the company believes that it has fulfilled all the resumption guidelines, and has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading of the company's shares, which will take effect from 9:00 am on June 14, 2024.
