Inspur Electronic Information Industry (000977.SZ) announced on June 14 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Anda Yuan Brain Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Anda Yuan Brain or the Company), as a limited partner, has signed a Partnership Agreement (tentatively named "Guzheng Chaoxin (Xiamen) Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)") with Anxin Qianhong Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as Anxin Qianhong), intending to jointly establish Guzheng Chaoxin (Xiamen) Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as Guzheng Chaoxin Fund or the Partnership Enterprise).
The total subscribed capital of Guzheng Chaoxin Fund is RMB 149.9 million, of which Anda Yuan Brain intends to subscribe for RMB 100 million as a limited partner, accounting for 66.71%; Anxin Qianhong intends to subscribe for RMB 49.9 million as a general partner, accounting for 33.29%. Guzheng Chaoxin Fund primarily invests in high-quality companies and new businesses in the server industry chain through equity investment and other methods permitted by laws and regulations.
