On June 14th, Grong Hui reported that Runbei Aviation (001316.SZ) announced that due to the liquidation and cancellation of Yu Zhihang, a shareholder holding 5.02% of the company's shares, the shares held by Yu Zhihang will be transferred to other shareholders in non-traded form directly according to the proportion of their holdings of shares. Mr. Liu Junfeng, the actual controller of the company and one of the shareholders of Yu Zhihang, will hold 1,357,500 shares of stocks directly instead of indirectly. After the equity changes, the 1,357,500 shares of the company's shares (accounting for 1.65% of the total share capital of the company) that Mr. Liu Junfeng originally held indirectly through Yu Zhihang will become directly held, and the total number of shares held by the actual controller of the company will remain unchanged, and the proportion of voting rights held by the company will increase from 64.94% to 66.59%. This change in shareholder rights does not involve a tender offer and will not cause changes in the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, nor will it affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operations.
