Gelonghui, June 14 | Jinwo Co., Ltd. (300984.SZ) announced that shareholders Shanghai Xianghe Yongyuan Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Xianghe Yongyuan”) and Shanghai Yongyao Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (formerly “Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Yongyao Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)”, “Shanghai Yongyao” for short) are concerted actors, holding a total of 7,236,800 shares (accounting for 9.49% of the share capital of the head office), according to the company Total share capital after quantity 76,235,572 shares (Calculation, same below). The total number of shares planned to be reduced through centralized bidding within 60 days after the announcement of this holdings reduction plan shall not exceed 762,355 shares (1.00% of the company's total share capital).
