Considering the remaining validity period of the approval document and the time arrangement of the issuance work, there is significant uncertainty as to whether this issuance can be successful. If the new stock issuance and listing work for this issuance cannot be completed during the validity period of the registration approval granted by China Securities Regulatory Commission, then this issuance will fail.
