It comprehensively promotes the "entry + financing" model of data assets, and has completed the whole process of data asset entry and credit financing loans for municipal state-owned enterprises in Sichuan Province. It has opened up the path from the "resource-asset-capital" of data elements, truly realizing the closed-loop value realization of data and leading the way in promoting the transformation of data resources into new productive forces in Sichuan Province. This time, E-Hualu helped the Data Industry Group to comprehensively and meticulously analyze and identify the ownership of all owned data resources, conduct compliant evaluations, analyze economic benefits and scenarios analysis, collect and allocate costs, enter and disclose data to obtain bank credit financing loans, and develop intelligent security, precision marketing services for commercial insurance products and marketing data products, and optimize operating vehicle routes.
It standardized the process of data asset identification, ownership confirmation, compliant evaluation, economic benefits analysis, and credit financing loans, among others, by using data related to urban security operations and financial services as input resources and developing three data products: intelligent security equipment, precision marketing services, and optimization of operating vehicle routes.
