Shimizu Construction Co., Ltd. aims to standardize and digitize construction site management work with the purpose of reducing working hours and effectively utilizing limited working hours. It will build a comprehensive portal site for construction sites called "C Concierge," and start operating it nationwide in June.

"C Concierge" contains our know-how for construction site management work. Users can access the portal site anytime and anywhere to obtain support for their tasks at the site, such as task extraction, execution, and progress management. As a result, a series of construction site management work from investigation to planning, management, and evaluation will be standardized and streamlined. In addition, since the system is designed to automatically store construction management data that can also be considered as valuable assets of the company, knowledge and experience can be shared, contributing to human resource development.

The major systems that make up "C Concierge" include the newly developed "Type of Work Task Registration System," "Technical Consultation System," "Drawing Review System," "Construction Plan Creation System," and 12 existing systems such as the issuance of work instructions and temporary arrangements at construction sites, and construction byproducts management.

"Type of Work Task Registration System" is a tool that unfolds standardized construction management. You can select the construction work responsible for by the user, such as steel reinforcement, formwork, steel frame, and more, from about 100 construction work that covers building construction, and it extracts the necessary notification, standard management work to be executed, and technical materials to be viewed automatically regarding the relevant construction work.

"Technical Consultation System" is a system that consistently manages online from the application of building and production technology consultations by the user to response. We will transition the previous exchange (consultation) by mail and the like to online chat format and create a database that allows us to keep the entire consultation content as data and can be searched for past cases. The "Drawing Review System" also has a similar function, managing a series of review results and storing them as data, as well as managing the design drawing issues by the staff and the user's issue response and its evaluation result.

"Construction Plan Creation System" has a consistent function from plan creation to electronic circulation to the supervisor. Specifically, by incorporating our construction management standards into the standard templates, it will streamline user's planning work. With data linkage between "Technical Consultation System," "Drawing Review System" and this system, the user can refer to past technical consultation records, drawing review results, etc. on the site, and can create a plan that reflects the management points accurately. In addition, circulation to those involved in the plan and requests for electronic receipt to the supervisor can also be executed from the site.
