On June 17, Gelunhui reported that the preliminary transfer price of Zhenhua Fengguang (688439.SH) after inquiry with institutional investors was RMB 63.23/share, which is 91.44% of the closing price of RMB 69.15/share on the day of sending the invitation to subscribe to Zhenhua Fengguang's shareholders for inquiry transfer (i.e. June 14, 2024). A total of 18 institutional investors participated in the quoted transfer of this inquiry, including fund management companies, qualified overseas institutional investors, securities companies, private fund managers, and other professional institutional investors. The total effective subscription amount of institutional investors participating in this inquiry transfer is approximately RMB 515 million, and the effective subscription multiple corresponding to the transfer floor price is 1.84 times. The target transfer shares for this inquiry transfer have been fully subscribed and the preliminary identified transferees are 13 institutional investors with a total number of intended transfer shares of 4,600,000 shares.
