According to the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules (Revised in April 2024) Article 9.2.1, your company's stock has met the conditions for termination of listing. In accordance with Article 9.1.10 and Article 9.2.7 of the Listing Rules, we have decided to terminate the trading of your company's stock.
