Tailam Techcon (06193) announced that Ms. Wu Jiawen (Ms. Wu) has resigned as the joint company secretary and the company authorized representative (authorized representative) as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Exchange) effective from June 18, 2024.
From June 18, 2024, Ms. Chen Xiaoyan (Ms. Chen) will be appointed as the sole company secretary of the company. Ms. Chen has also been appointed as an authorized representative, effective from June 18, 2024. Ms. Chen and another authorized representative, Ms. Wang Xianyu (Chairman of the company, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer), will jointly fulfill the duties of the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
