On June 18th, Gleaming (002513.SZ) announced that according to the supplementary agreement of the '10GW High-efficiency N-type Photovoltaic Cells and Components' project signed by the company's controlling subsidiary, Anhui Xuhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd(abbreviated as 'Xuhe Technology'), and the management committee of Suzhou-Chuzhou Industrial Park of China-Singapore Joint Venture, and China-Singapore (Chuzhou) Development Co., Ltd., Xuhe Technology received a fixed asset investment subsidy of RMB 10,813,200 from the Chuzhou city-China-Singapore Suzhou-Chuzhou Construction Development Group Co., Ltd.(Note: The land reserve center of Suzhou-Chuzhou Industrial Park of China-Singapore Joint Venture and the State-owned assets supervise and administer commission of the Chuzhou Municipal People's Government hold 100% of its equity), accounting for 42.87% of the audited net assets of the listed company in the most recent period. Up to now, Xuhe Technology has received a total of RMB 107,322,000 in government subsidy funds this year, accounting for 425.52% of the audited net assets of the listed company in the most recent period. The above-mentioned subsidy fund is a government subsidy related to assets. Xuhe Technology has received the above-mentioned payment and confirmed it as deferred income, and the government subsidy is currently sustainable.
