KPC Pharmaceuticals (02616) issued a notice that the company has engaged Fung Circle Enterprise Service Group (Hong Kong) Ltd. to provide the company with secretarial support. Fung Circle has nominated Ho Yin Kwan to serve as the company's joint company secretary, the company's Hong Kong legal process agent (as the company's legal process agent for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Company Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong and under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) and to serve as the company's authorized representative under rule 3.05 with effect from July 28, 2022.
Ms. Ho has resigned as the joint company secretary, legal process document agent and authorized representative, and will take effect from June 18, 2024. Frontier has re-nominated Ng Mei Yi to replace Ms. Ho as one of the joint company secretaries, legal process document agents and authorized representatives, which will take effect from June 18, 2024. Ni Weicong will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
