China Aerospace Times Electronics (600879.SH) announced on June 19 that it plans to carry out a functional transformation project for the No. 9 scientific research and production building in Beijing Yongfeng Park with a budget of 49.6 million yuan to meet the needs of the development of emerging businesses and increasingly tense research and production sites. The planned construction area of the No. 9 scientific research and production building in Beijing Yongfeng Park is 21,606 square meters, with six floors above ground and a reinforced concrete framework. The building area to be transformed is 14,570 square meters, with an additional research and experimental environment to meet the needs of supporting the innovative development of the company's industry. Comprehensive transformation will be carried out on the structure, decoration, strong electricity, weak electricity, water supply and drainage, heating, air conditioning, fire protection, and ventilation systems of some floors of the No. 9 building. Each floor has supporting rooms such as elevator halls, large open test rooms, large open laboratories, independent management rooms, technical coordination rooms, printing rooms, waiting areas, data rooms, public toilets, and equipment rooms.
