Vistar Holdings (08535) released its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2024, with a profit of HKD 313 million, an increase of 9.17% year-on-year; net profit of HKD 5.078 million for the year, an increase of 4.57% year-on-year; and earnings per share of 0.42 HK cents.
The announcement stated that the increase in total revenue was mainly due to an increase in revenue from installation services of approximately HKD 19.76 million and an increase in revenue from alteration and addition works of approximately HKD 6.52 million during the reporting period.
