As Xianyang Road Sewage Treatment Plant (old plant) still needs to reach the standard for operation, according to Supplementary Agreement (III), "Termination of the Temporary Sewage Treatment Comprehensive Service Fee," beginning January 1, 2024, the temporary emergency project of the Xianyang Road Sewage Treatment Plant (old plant), with a capacity of 150,000 tons/day, will temporarily implement the sewage treatment comprehensive service fee unit price of 2.13 yuan/cubic meter.
