Zhitong Finance App News, Silk Road Energy (08250) announced that Xinyong Zhonghe (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (Xinyong Zhonghe) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective June 20, 2024, because the board of directors and Xinyong Zhonghe were unable to agree on the audit fee for the review of the Group's comprehensive financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024.
Furthermore, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it was decided to appoint Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants Limited (Tianjian International Accountants) as the company's new auditor, effective from June 20, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy of Shinaga Zhong and after his resignation, and to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
