2. System development business
The system development business provides system integration services to medium-sized and large conglomerates, planning, designing, developing, constructing, testing, introducing, maintaining, and operating core business systems such as system construction solutions, infrastructure construction solutions, and package solutions. Based on its solid track record of over 57 years in large-scale and small-scale system construction, it has established its own system development standards NS-SD (NCD Standard System Development) and project management standards NS-PM (NCD Standard Project Management) to ensure stable quality system development.
Package solutions are provided as solutions for companies that want to introduce systems in a short period of time and at low cost, such as medium-sized enterprises, by cooperating with strategic partner companies to introduce and customize package software for operating support. It has a strength in introducing the system construction of Oracle, OBC's core business system "Hobo SHIRIZU". As for OBC's "Hobo SHIRIZU," it has the largest dedicated team among OBC partners and won the "OBC Hobo Award 2024 Regional Excellence Award" in May 2024 for sales activity results in the 2023-2024 season.
In the cloud field, it adopts and accumulates know-how in the construction and operation of Amazon Web Services (AWS), the largest public cloud vendor, as a basic system infrastructure platform for its bicycle parking business, and also provides AWS utilization solutions as a service. As a certified partner of Salesforce Japan, it has a proven track record in supporting the introduction of the world's No. 1 cloud CRM platform "Salesforce," and also provides additional package tools such as self-developed original tools (task management tool "SMAGANN", report creation tool "Smart Report Meister," and screen creation and data visualization tool "Smappi") as a billing service for "Salesforce." In addition, it is characterized by supporting the global expansion of Japanese companies, conducting ERP package introduction support for business engineering's global-compatible ERP "mcframe GA" and China's No. 1 ERP "Yongyou U8 series".
In October 2023, it acquired the AWS Solution Provider certification and signed the AWS Solution Provider program contract. In the future, it plans to develop its business by focusing on Amazon "AWS" as a pillar of its package solution along with OBC's "Hobo SHIRIZU" and Panasonic Holdings Group's workflow system "MAJOR FLOW Z."
