In the afternoon, the Tokyo market started with some selling ahead of the morning close. It seems that there are some people who hold back aggressive buying because the Nikkei average in the morning was heavily weighed on the upper side. On the other hand, the fact that the Dow Jones futures are steadily moving in extended hours trading is reassuring to the Tokyo market.
