On June 21, Gelunhui reported that Sumec Corporation (600710.SH) plans to further integrate the company's resources in Shanghai, establish the regional headquarters in Shanghai, give play to synergies, jointly develop the regional market. The wholly-owned subsidiary Sumec Group of the company plans to use its own funds of CNY 169,858,442.70 to acquire a 52% stake in Ji Run Property held by Shanghai Pujin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Pudong Development Bank, through a non-public agreement to obtain the comprehensive R&D building assets of Ji Run Property located at No. 778 Jinji Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, and provide office space for its subordinate subsidiaries and branches in Shanghai, thus strengthening the foundation of business development in the Shanghai region.

The main asset of Ji Run Property is the comprehensive R&D building it self-built, located at No.778 Jinji Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The main building contains 3 buildings, with 9 floors for Building 1 and 8 floors each for Building 2 and Building 3. The total land area is 19,156 square meters and the construction area is approximately 62,499.74 square meters, including 39,338.04 square meters above the ground and 23,161.7 square meters underground. The asset was completed and put into use in 2021. Currently, except for some areas on the first floor of Building 1 that have not been leased, the rest have been leased. Buildings 2 and 3 have been fully leased and the asset is in good use.
