The main contents are as follows:
1. The registered amount of the company's short-term financing bonds is 2 billion yuan. The registered quota is valid for 2 years from the date of the notice, and it is jointly underwritten by the Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. and China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd.
2. The company can issue short-term financing bonds in installments during the valid registration period. The issuance and management shall be carried out in accordance with the resolution of the authorized institution and relevant management requirements. After the issuance is completed, the results of the issuance shall be disclosed through the channels recognized by the dealers association.
