On June 21, Gelunhui reported that to ensure the equipment's operational efficiency during the next heating period (2024-2025 heating period), reduce loss, and improve heating quality, Shenyang Huitian Thermal Power Co., Ltd. decided to maintain and upgrade 37 boiler bodies and 95 auxiliary equipment of 12 heat source plants in four work areas including Tiexi 1, Tiexi 2, Tiexi 3, and Tiaofeng. The construction of the project is contracted by Huarun Northeast Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Engineering Company'), and the transaction amount is approximately RMB 14,115,100 (subject to actual settlement).
Since the chairman of the controlling shareholder, Shenyang Rundian Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Rundian Thermal Power'), concurrently serves as the chairman of the Engineering Company, the above transaction constitutes a related-party transaction, and the transaction amount accounts for 8.14% of the audited net assets of the Company in the most recent fiscal year (2023).
