On June 21, GeLong Hui reported that LiXin Microelectronics (688601.SH) announced that it recently received a notice from its actual controllers Yuan Minmin, Mao Chenglie, Zhou Baoming, Ni Donghui, Zhang Liang, Tang Dayong, Wang Dong, and Wang Fang, regarding the non-renewal of the "Joint Action Agreement" after it expires on June 27, 2024. All parties confirmed that after the expiration of the agreement, the joint action relationship will terminate. After the expiration of the joint action relationship, the number and proportion of the company's shares directly/indirectly held by the shareholders mentioned above will remain unchanged, and the relevant shares will no longer be merged. The company will change from being jointly controlled by the original eight joint action persons to having no actual controller.
